So I’ve gotten a few emails asking how I wear my hair when I’m at home. It depends but having my hair in two braids that are pinned up in the back is a common style. (or a bun on top of my head)
I just wash, condition, moisturize and make two low braids. Low meaning ear-level or below. Often right at the nape.
Then I just pull the braids over to the opposite side and use a bobby pin to tuck the ends under to keep them safe.
I had to run out to Target with hubby so I just unbraided (they were just about dry, but not 100%) and put half up in a braidout. Whenever I do a braidout from two low braids I will wear it half up because the top is never matching in texture with the bottom part. This is because the top isn’t braided and the bottom is.
